Fancy yourself as a bit of a gamer?
If you’ve got the high score on Pac-Man or you’re a force to be reckoned with when it comes to stacking Jenga blocks, then there’s an event in the capital you don’t want to miss.
Returning for the second time, the Ramadan Arcade will take over Manarat Al Saadiyat from May 9 to 12 and 15 to 18 from 9pm to 2am.
Designed to bring people together, the event features a range of attractions across five zones.
This includes games, art and photography workshops, performances, retail, learning and food.
Visitors can play arcade machines such as Mortal Kombat, Space Invaders, Mario Kart and more, as well as video games FIFA and board games like chess, jakaro and karom.
In the garden a host of food trucks will be serving up snacks, while visitors can check out a range of pop-up stores by local vendors selling fashion collections, jewellery and more.
A series of interactive workshops will also be held, as well as talks on a variety of topics including majlis traditions, tolerance and astrophotography.
