Abu Dhabi is an unashamedly stylish city, and we know that many of you love nothing better than getting dolled up in your best outfits. So if you’ve got a thing for fashion, you’ll want to cancel all your weekend plans immediately.
The full line-up for Modest Fashion Weekend has been announced, and it’s going to be incredible. Taking place from March 7 to 9 at Yas Mall, the event includes catwalks, pop-up shops, discounts, make overs and many more fabulous fashion-forward activations.
There will be catwalks featuring the best pieces from brands including Dorothy Perkins, Next and M&S, Sacoor Brothers and Reiss.
You can also head to the Grazia pop-up shop to purchase pieces for yourself. You’ll find exclusive discounts on the items (only available during Modest Fashion Weekend) and a look book to help you plan how to style your new purchases.
Running alongside all the displays of beautiful clothing will be skin consultations from natural beauty and skin care store The Face Shop. Not only do they test your skin to find out what kind of skin type you have and which products you should be using, but they’ll also give you a free face mask which is perfectly suited to you.
At the beauty bar you can finish off your classy new attire with a free manicure and hand massage from nail care experts Tips & Toes, and get your hair preened to perfection with the Dyson Airwrap hair styler. To top it all off you can also get a Charlotte Tilbury make over (we recommend making plans to at least go out for dinner afterwards, just so you can show it all off properly).
The customisation station at Modest Fashion Weekend ensures you can get your wallet, accessories, phone case (or whatever you want), customised and decorated to make it unique to you.
While all the pop-ups and activations will be running from 10am to midnight throughout the weekend, there’ll also be some further action happening up on the main stage. On Friday you can gather to watch an exclusive makeup masterclass, while on Saturday a special panel consisting of Grazia Editor in Chief Alison Tay, designer Dima Ayad and film director Nayla Al Khaja will be sharing their thoughts in honour of International Women’s Day.
Free. Mar 7-9, 10am- midnight. Town Square, Yas Mall, Yas Island.
