The F1 of the skies is back in Abu Dhabi next month as the Red Bull Air Race World Championships gets a brand-new season off the ground.

The airborne extravaganza will be cutting through the city skyline for the 12th year on Friday February 8 and Saturday February 9, with a hugely talented line-up of pilots wowing crowds with their stunning skills.

The thrilling competition combines speed, precision and skill using the fastest, most agile, lightweight racing planes on the planet, and you can watch it from ultimate comfort with chicken leg in hand at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi’s exclusive Nation Riviera Beach Club.

The hotel will be throwing on its annual event at Cabana Beach Bar & Grill with BBQ style dining and kid’s activities, featuring bouncing castles, clowns, arts and crafts, face painting and a variety of children’s activities, and there’s special packages available for the occasion.

Entry, barbecue and soft drinks costs Dhs250 for one day and Dhs400 for both days, while the same for children under 12 will cost Dhs125 for one day and Dhs200 for two days.
