Abu Dhabi's Bodytree studio is launching a Youth Wellbeing Programme

Bodytree studio is one of our favourite places in Abu Dhabi to go for an invigorating yoga or pilates class.

The studio is also set to launch its Youth Wellbeing Programme in September, which is designed to teach teenagers about how to manage their own health and wellbeing, and also provide them with a load of fun activities to try out.

The schedule include yoga, circuit training, barre, dance and workshops in meditation, mindfulness for teens, sound therapy and more.

There will also be sessions in healthy eating, meal planning and general nutrition.

Open to both boys and girls aged 13 to 19, there are huge discounts available on on class packages, workshops and treatments when you present student ID.

Meanwhile, Bodytree is also on the hunt to find some teen ambassadors for the programme.

Serving as a voice to the teen community, these ambassadors will spread the word about healthy eating, exercise and mindfulness.

To be in with a chance of becoming a youth spokesperson, entrants are asked to put together a video which highlights their passions (whether it be sports, fitness, yoga or public speaking) and describe why they would be the ideal ambassador for Bodytree.

The videos should be submitted over social media by August 31 using the hashtag #bodytreeyouth.

For more information about the Youth Wellbeing Programme visit www.bodytreestudio.com.
Until Aug 31 (ambassador entries). Hazza Bin Zayed the First Street, Al Khalidiyah (02 443 4448).
