Time Out Says
The first thing to note here is that the layout has been less than thought out. It’s uncomfortable and feels as though it has a little too much furniture. The beige décor doesn’t help either. And if we stick with what’s less successful for a little longer, we’d say that avoiding the sections of the menu that veer off from Japanese cuisine and into Malaysian, Thai and Chinese would not be a terrible decision. Although staff are cheerful, service here is hurried, so don’t be surprised if plates are placed heavy-handedly and mistakes are made unapologetically. That said, if you stick to the sushi, sashimi and Japanese treats, you’ll do well – the fish is fresh and beautifully prepared.
