Time Out Says
Shabby Chic is quirky in the extreme. The decor looks like a cross between your grandma’s front room and a second-hand furniture shop. But this gives the restaurant loads of character in a city where too often restaurants and cafes are slightly clinical. The food is good, too; try the shabby baked potatoes for a lunchtime treat that will remind you of home. The breakfast menu is also appetising, and lunchtime mains are hearty and filling. Dishes include salads, grilled chicken breast stuffed with spinach, and fish and chips.
