Time Out Says

Relatively new, Rosewater offers all-day dining with a delightful mix of multinational cuisine. The beauty of the restaurant is not only the huge array of buffet-style cuisine, but also being able to watch the chefs cook up something special at one of the live cooking stations. The choice at Rosewater is well thought out and offers a wide range of options, including a seafood menu of fresh lobster, prawns, crab and fish steak – all of which are cooked to your liking right in front of you. Other options include tasty Indian curries, an array of Arabic-style meat and lots of fresh sides to choose from. Highlights are the sushi and sashimi. One small niggle is the lack of music outside, as we feel the ambience suffers due to being able to hear the conversations of other diners. Overall, though, we’d highly recommend the place.
