Time Out Says
The first thing you’re likely to notice about Mirabel is that it’s in a mall. It’s a point worth emphasising because the eatery goes to great lengths to help you forget this. The little candles, smartly-dressed staff and wooden floors throw you into a fine-dining illusion, which is further helped by the menu. It attempts to provide a well-rounded, classy dining experience and includes those little details you need to know before deciding whether to front those extra pennies – think corn-fed baby chicken with a side of artwork as opposed to plain roast chicken. Mirabel is a cheap fine-dining establishment or an expensive mall restaurant; take your pick. In our opinion, leaving any restaurant feeling satisfied is worth every last dirham, yet sadly in this instance we’re not quite there.
