Imago Restaurant & Bar

Time Out Says
Though only one floor above the lobby of Le Royal Méridien, the terrace of Imago feels miles above the city. Perhaps the inside of the hotel conglomerate and the view of the skyscrapers isn’t beautiful, but the surrounding buildings foster a real sense of privacy. Imago’s starters are tasty and generous in portion, while the salads are simple but intriguing. The mains prove that Imago can nail both creative presentation and flavour profiles as well as the simple classics. It also promises a wealth of options for vegetarians, so this is a great place to take the non-meat eater in your life. The vegetable sushi is wrapped masterfully, with interesting fresh vegetables, moist rice and delicious pickled ginger (the yellow, not dyed pink, kind). We can’t wait to go back to Imago, simply because we trust it serves enough unique, delicious dishes to merit investigation. With helpful, responsive service, good value for money and a chilled environment, this restaurant should become a classic go-to for a somewhat festive yet sensible meal out.
