Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi unveils Masters of Food festival

Six-day feast for the senses

1/2

There’s no doubt the Louvre has become an instant smash hit in Abu Dhabi since opening last year.

The world renowned museum has become a tourist magnet, as well as a cool place for residents of the capital to explore.

And now it has inspired a foodie feast which should be a firm fixture in your diary for this month.

Starting on April 16 and lasting for six days, the Park Hyatt Masters of Food festival will bring a touch of French class and sophistication to the capital.

Held in The Park Grill, on Saadiyat Island, it promises to bring together star chefs, live cooking demonstrations and Parisian signature classics to the city.

It is the result of a collaboration between Louvre Abu Dhabi and the Louvre Paris, as well as the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi and the Park Hyatt Paris.

It will see a special visit from Sous Chef Thomas, a rising star of the Michelin Star Parisian restaurant Pur’ by Jean-François Rouquette, who will bring his own inimitable style to Abu Dhabi.

And the food festival will even have a signature Mona Lisa cake, which we’re sure will be a treat.

7pm onward, April 16-22. Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas, Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. (02 407 1138), www.parkhyattabudhabi.com.
