COYA may have already been crowned the capital’s best restaurant – but the Peruvian trend-setter is still intent on staying a step ahead of the culinary competition.

Our Restaurant of the Year has spiced up its Friday brunch, introducing a new dessert station as well as fresh flavours such as Causa Amarillo with crabmeat; wagyu rib maki with wasabi and a bao of veal belly with barbecue sauce, alongside many favourites.
