One of the city’s best-loved italian eateries, Roberto’s, is serving up a lavish culinary experience, overseen by a trio of fantastic foodies.
Le Stelle di Roberto’s evening, which is being held on Thursday, March 8, will feature three live cooking stations giving diners the chance to see some of the very best in the business cook up a six-course feast.
Roberto Abu Dhabi’s executive chef Francesco Guarracino will welcome to his kitchen Italy’s leading butcher, Simone Fracassi, who will be preparing a beef tartare starter at the crudo bar; Vincenzo Guarino, executive chef at Michelin-starred restaurant Pevano, who’ll showcase his best dishes, and one of the UAE’s best pastry chefs, Francois Leo, who will sweeten the evening with a specially-designed dessert.
