Prepare to be wowed by a brand-new dining experience being served at one of the city’s very best steakhouses.
Classy The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort spot, 55th&5th, The Grill, will be introducing the Gourmet Table in January, a decadent dining concept in which starters will be prepared before your eyes at live cooking and serving stations, every day.
The restaurant’s bar will also open half an hour early on weekdays, giving customers a chance to soak in the vibrant atmosphere while sipping after-work and pre-dinner drinks from an early bird menu of cut-price beverages served with a tapas-style small plate. Meanwhile, the hotel’s Mediterranean-influenced all-day dining lounge Olea will be launching a new Seafood Night with a live display of fresh bites served market-style, alongside a pentolo pasta station.
