California Pizza Kitchen opens

Popular fun and funky casual chain arrives in Al Ain

Attention pizza lovers in Al Ain! California Pizza Kitchen has opened an outlet in the garden city, pushing its tally in the country up to a total of six.

The new venue can feed up to 170 hungry diners at once in its California-themed dining room that is splashed out in tones of yellow to represent the sunny state. The space also celebrates the California’s famous landmarks and activities through striking imagery displayed on its walls.

As for the food, CPK is inspired by the cosmopolitan nature of the place and includes Mexican and Asian influences. And while there are lots of pizzas there’s plenty more to tickle your testbeds. If you don’t fancy a slice of the pies, other dishes include BBQ short ribs, Thai crunch salad, Cajun jambalaya, avocado club rolls, chicken piccata and lots more. Desserts include the always popular chocolate fondant and warm sponge cake.

“We are very excited to open in Al Ain and offer a slice of California in the city. It’s a multi-coloured destination that can’t be described with words, it needs to be experienced. With our atmosphere and creative flavours’, we are taking our guests on a journey. The stage is set for an enticing and attention grabbing new opening for the whole family to enjoy,” says Lea Sison, general manager.

Daily, 10am-11pm. Al Ain Mall, Al Ain (03 768 9935).
