The relatively modest décor at Yas Island Rotana is low-key and elegant and the restaurant houses the most charming and knowledgeable waiting staff who are only too eager to advise on the sumptuous menu choices. Still the best value from the grill is the 300-day grain-fed black onyx that you can order as either a rib-eye or striploin.
