Time Out Says
Naming your restaurant after your favourite dish makes a lot of sense if it is as good as the biryani here. There is a range to choose from, including a vegetarian option and the unusual but tasty quinoa variant. But the best is the traditional lamb biryani, packed with fragrant ingredients. The curries and samosas are also simple but very good, the butter chicken in particular is thick, creamy and delicious. The restaurant also offers a takeaway service that’s quick and efficient, and dishes travel well. This isn’t authentic, cheap and cheerful Indian cuisine, so if you’re looking for a “real” Indian experience, head elsewhere. But as a pit stop on a shopping trip, the food does the trick.
