Time Out Says
If you fancy a mountainous pile of nasi goreng or a fresh and nutty plateful of gado gado, this tasty little Indonesian is certainly worth a stop and offers some of the best food of its kind in the city. The interior is austere – think gloomy rough brick walls, hard wrought iron chairs and red tablecloths. The food can be a little rough around the edges, but the seafood mie goreng is tasty and satisfying, while the beef rendang comprises a rich and coconut-infused meal, but unfortunately the delicious sauce is spoiled by a disturbingly chewy piece of cow. That said, the prices are incredibly low, the food arrives fast and hot, and the service is efficient and attentive. A word of advice: go easy on the chilli sauce if you want to experience any of the other flavours on offer.
