Growing up, all we knew of Peru was that Paddington Bear had travelled to the UK from the South American country.
Fast forward a few (cough) decades and Peruvian cuisine has become one of the most exciting on the restaurant landscape.

COYA Abu Dhabi has launched a new set lunch menu to showcase some of the restaurants best and new dishes.
Available on weekdays the new menu, priced at Dhs110 per person, you can enjoy a starter and main course alongside some mocktails.
Dishes on offer include Chilean sea bass croquettes, sea bream ceviche, spicy beef ribs and more.
Some signature dishes require an additional surcharge, including langostinos Mediterraneo and the wagyu sirloin steak.
We’re pretty sure we’d like to tuck into all of it.
