Zuma, the Japanese venue on Al Maryah Island is currently holder of our Best Japanese, Best Fine Dining Brunch and Best Restaurant in Abu Dhabi awards. So, yes, we think it’s rather special.
From robata, noodles and tempura to exquisite sushi, sashimi and maki rolls, and delicious miso soup, edamame and main courses such as miso black cod and spicy beef tenderloin, the array of food at the restaurant is dazzling.
Joining the editor and the team at the table (in Zuma’s stunning private dining room, no less) will be a hand-picked group of Time Out’s most passionate readers, who have participated in the Tastes of Capital program and who are regularly contact us (and point out the occasional typo...
