Roll your own sushi at this Abu Dhabi restaurant

Show off your kitchen skills as you make Japanese food

Roll your own sushi at this Abu Dhabi restaurant

ancy yourself as a bit of foodie? A dab hand in the kitchen?

Well here’s your chance to prove it.

Soon you’ll be able to show some serious skills by getting your hands dirty and making some delicious food at a new theme night in Abu Dhabi.

Tokyo Grill has launched a roll your own sushi promotion that will see guests in the restaurant trying to become a sushi master.

While enjoying views over the canal, diners can take a turn at rolling their own fresh sushi from scratch to see if they have the skills.

It’s rice, seafood and a filling, how hard could it be? Probably harder than we imagine.

Starting from July 6, every Saturday certain rolls will be reduced and you'll be able to make your own sushi between 3pm-7pm at the venue in Venetian Village.

We’re pretty confident that our hand-rolled maki rolls will be the best in the capital but the proof will be in the pudding (or sushi, in this case).

Various prices. Sat 3pm-7pm. From Jul 6. Tokyo Grill, Venetian Village, The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal (800 6996).
