Celebrating National Ceviche Day (we know, we didn’t know that was a thing either) COYA Abu Dhabi is hosting a masterclass so you can learn how to make the South American staple.
Taking place on June 22, the masterclass will show you all the ingredients you need, how to prepare the dish and wow your friends by serving some authentic ceviche, as well as a chance to learn how to prepare Peru's national mixed drink.
So if you want to add another recipe to your repertoire then this could be the ideal event.
Not enough ceviche for you? The restaurant will also be serving a range of ceviches from June 23 to 26 so can try some different variations.
