If you want to enjoy amazing views, tasty pan-Asian dishes and generally just join the cool crowd for a night, there’s really no where better to go than Buddha-Bar Beach Abu Dhabi.
But right now the bar and restaurant is serving up a kaiseki dinner that’s really not to be missed.
This traditional, multi-course Japanese dinner is often considered to be one of the finest meals in the world, and now you can enjoy it right here in the capital.
Available until May 31 over at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, the gastronomic experience kicks off with a round of starters including edamame and four kinds of sushi (salmon, scallop, hamachi and wagyu).
After that, guests can choose between cold options of soft-shell crab salad and maguro ceviche and hot varieties like miso soup and ocean nabe soup.
Meanwhile, the three main dishes feature hamachi teriyaki, wagyu rib-eye steak with Buddha-Bar signature sauces, and toothfish miso with quinoa salad and truffle dust.
Each diner also needs to make sure they save room for the irresistible green tea and chocolate mousse which is brought out at the end.
The setting overlooking Saadiyat Beach is absolutely priceless, and the meal is available every evening from 7pm to midnight, for Dhs250 per person.
