Enjoy a five-course Italian feast from one of the world's greatest chefs at Roberto’s Abu Dhabi

Fancy yourself as a bit of a culinary master? Well now’s a chance to put your sophisticated palette to the test.

One of the world's most decorated chefs, Enrico Bartolini, is coming to Roberto’s Abu Dhabi – for one night only.

The Italian chef is flying in to prepare the special feast on Wednesday February 27, featuring five courses for Dhs495.

And once you’ve polished it all off, you’ll get the chance to score each of the unique dishes, with the two highest ranked plates being added to the restaurant’s summer menu.

We're not sure Bartolini will be particularly bothered about what you think, to be honest, as his restaurants have more Michelin stars than you can shake a wooden spoon at.

Born in Pescia, Italy, his restaurant Oltrepo Pavese won at Michelin star when he was just 29. The second followed four years later in 2010, when he was 33, for his next venture in Cavenago Brianza, just outside of Milan. Then came his greatest achievement, after opening three new restaurants in 2016 they were awarded a total of four Michelin stars between them. A year later his Glam Restaurant in Venice was awarded a star. too.

If you want to taste his amazing food, and offer him a critique, book you table now.

Dhs495. Wed Feb 27, 7pm-11pm. Beneath Rosewood Abu Dhabi, Al Maryah Island (04 627 9009).
