Abu Dhabi Restaurant Week: District by Amalfi

Enjoy a feast at this uber-cool hangout for Dhs99

Abu Dhabi Restaurant Week: District by Amalfi

We know that going out to restaurants is one of the main hobbies of everyone here in Abu Dhabi.

A big reason for that is due to the sheer number of incredible places to eat in the capital.

Well, the dining scene just got that little bit more exciting thanks to the introduction of Abu Dhabi Restaurant Week powered by Time Out Abu Dhabi.

It’s part of Abu Dhabi Food Festival, one of the capital’s most popular annual events.

Between December 6 and 15, some of the city’s finest eateries will be offering special set menus, giving foodies the chance to sample some of the best food around for either Dhs99, Dhs149 or Dhs199.

You can find the menu of every single restaurant taking part at our dedicated section here.

The bumper list of capital favourites includes the uber-cool District by Amalfi.

With graffiti covering the walls and an edgy New York-inspired vibe, the Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi eatery offers a modern and fresh approach to Italian dining.

The set menu for Restaurant Week includes specialties such as batter-fried calamari, butternut and feta ravioli and honey ricotta cannolis. You can get all three courses for Dhs99.

First course

Minestrone Soup - seasonal vegetables in a tomato broth
Batter-fried calamari with lemon aioli
Smoked ham and apple bruschetta with basil and parmesan cheese

Second course
