We know that going out to restaurants is one of the main hobbies of everyone here in Abu Dhabi.

A big reason for that is due to the sheer number of incredible places to eat in the capital.

Well, the dining scene just got that little bit more exciting thanks to the introduction of Abu Dhabi Restaurant Week powered by Time Out Abu Dhabi.

It’s part of Abu Dhabi Food Festival, one of the capital’s most popular annual events.

Between December 6 and 15, some of the city’s finest eateries will be offering special set menus, giving foodies the chance to sample some of the best food around for either Dhs99, Dhs149 or Dhs199.

You can find the menu of every single restaurant taking part at our dedicated section here.

The bumper list of capital favourites includes the ever-popular Belgian Café.

With a huge outdoor area, wide selection of hops and a menu full of European-inspired dishes, the Intercontinental Abu Dhabi eatery is relaxed and friendly place to go for a meal.

For Restaurant Week you can enjoy a three-course set menu featuring cheese croquettes, Dutch mussels and Belgian waffles, for Dhs199. You can choose one dish from each course.

First course

Roasted beetroot salad - rocket leaves and goats cheese en croute
Cheese croquettes - cheddar cheese and liege pomegranate dip
Salt and pepper calamari with tartar sauce

Second course

Dutch mussels with Belgian fries
Salmon fillet with mashed potato, asparagus and lemon beurre blanc
Man-wich - beef brisket, coleslaw, Belgian fries

Third course
