Abu Dhabi Restaurant Week: Rodeo Grill

We know that going out to restaurants is one of the main hobbies of everyone here in Abu Dhabi.

A big reason for that is due to the sheer number of incredible places to eat in the capital.

Well, the dining scene just got that little bit more exciting thanks to the introduction of Abu Dhabi Restaurant Week powered by Time Out Abu Dhabi.

It’s part of Abu Dhabi Food Festival, one of the capital’s most popular annual events.

Between December 6 and 15, some of the city’s finest eateries will be offering special set menus, giving foodies the chance to sample some of the best food around for either Dhs99, Dhs149 or Dhs199.

You can find the menu of every single restaurant taking part at our dedicated section here.

The bumper list of capital favourites includes the superb Rodeo Grill.

This American-style steakhouse is one of THE places to go in the capital for a fine cut of meat.

For Restaurant Week it is offering three delicious courses, including the Rodeo Caesar salad, blackened salad with mashed potatoes and and steamed vegetables, and a deconstructed mango-passion cheesecake.

Sounds like a real winner to us.

First course

Rodeo Caesar salad – chorizo, parmesan, anchovy and herb croutons
Yellowfin tuna tartar with avocado and sesame ginger sauce
Truffled fries with tenderloin tips, truffle oil and parmesan

Second course

USDA prime Angus rib-eye steak, mushroom sauce and cajun potato wedges
Grilled and marinated chicken breast, creamy broccoli and avocado salad
Blackened salmon, mashed potato, steamed vegetables and verjus butter

Third course

Crème brûlée
Deconstructed mango-passion cheesecake
Seasonal cut fruits and lychee-orange sorbet
