Abu Dhabi Restaurant Week: Pappagallo

Feast on some incredible dishes for Dhs149

Abu Dhabi Restaurant Week: Pappagallo

We know that going out to restaurants is one of the main hobbies of everyone here in Abu Dhabi.

A big reason for that is due to the sheer number of incredible places to eat in the capital.

Well, the dining scene just got that little bit more exciting thanks to the introduction of Abu Dhabi Restaurant Week powered by Time Out Abu Dhabi.

It’s part of Abu Dhabi Food Festival, one of the capital’s most popular annual events.

Between December 6 and 15, some of the city’s finest eateries will be offering special set menus, giving foodies the chance to sample some of the best food around for either Dhs99, Dhs149 or Dhs199.

You can find the menu of every single restaurant taking part at our dedicated section here.

The bumper list of capital favourites includes Italian eatery Pappagallo.

This warm and welcoming restaurant prides itself on producing excellent meals from across the boot-shaped country with minimum fuss but maximum flavour.

For Restaurant Week it has put together a three-course set menu featuring foodie favourites such as burrata cheese, gnocchi di patate and affogato.

First course

Burrata cheese
Norwegian salmon

Second course

Pavé di salmone
Pollo di mais in gallina
Gnocchi di patate

Third course

Millefoglie – custard and puff pastry
Affogato – coffee and ice cream

Dhs149. Le Méridien Abu Dhabi, Al Zahiyah (02 644 6666).
