Abu Dhabi reduces hours for National Sterilisation Programme

The timings of the National Sterilisation Prgramme in Abu Dhabi have been changed.

From Saturday May 30, the new timings will be from 10pm to 6am daily. Currently, the programme takes place between 8pm and 6am.
The new timings will be effective across all residential areas in the emirate.

Residents are still required to stay home between the hours of 10pm and 6am, unless faced with an emergency that requires them to leave their residence.

Those who need to leave the house must apply for a permit and a new radar system has been launched to identify those violating the curfew.

Across the emirate malls, hotel facilities and restaurants have started to open as restrictions, launched to stop the spread of COVID-19, are eased.
