Al Reem Festival is coming to Abu Dhabi’s Reem Island this weekend

Abu Dhabi Moments have announced loads of free events across the city to celebrate cultural diversity in the emirate.

Events will take place across five locations in the city including Reem Island, Corniche, Al Bateen, Al Hudayriat and Downtown.

This weekend AbU Dhabi Moments will see Al Reem Festival take place from Thursday October 17 to Saturday 19 at Reem Central Park.

Taking place from 4pm to 11pm, the three-day event will include educational activities, arts and crafts, kite-making and flying, a soft play area, barbecue stations and a food market.

The skies are set to become more colourful as 25 master kite runners come together to show off their unique creations with impressive displays.

Local musicians will be taking to the stage, an inflatable art garden will entertain kids and a play area for kids will allow parents to take a walk around and relax.

Plus, a barbecue will be cooking up grilled food for visitors and a fresh food market will be selling local and organic produce for you to take home.
