Rent hotels hourly in Abu Dhabi

App launches in UAE which will cut your bill

It’s a problem which has annoyed travellers for years.

Paying the full rate for a hotel stay even though you only need to put your head down for a few hours.

Now, an app and website has been launched in the UAE which will allow you to rent a hotel room by the hour, rather than by the night.

And it can cut your bill dramatically if you are only having a short stopover.

Byhours, a Spanish hotel reservation platform, has been launched in the UAE and already has five Abu Dhabi hotels on its books.

It means you can book the likes of the Royal Rose, City Seasons Al Hamra and Corniche Hotel Abu Dhabi for three, six or twelve hour blocks.

Or if you fancy a short trip to Dubai, there are some 65 hotels to choose from.

Founded in 2012, the firm has around 2,500 hotels on its roster across Europe and the world.

It is available to download in the Apple App Store and on Google Play now.
