You can now use WhatsApp to contact a butler at three Abu Dhabi hotels

We’ve become used to looking to technology to help us in our day to day lives. From shouting “hey Siri” to ordering Alexa around, we’re not shy when it comes to turning to tech. 

Soon guests at Jumeirah hotels in Abu Dhabi will be able to enjoy more convenience thanks to technology with the launch of an E-Butler service.

The service is expected to be introduced at Jumeirah at Etihad Towers, Jumeirah Al Wathba Desert Resort and Spa and Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort and Jumeirah at Etihad Towers by the end of next month.

Guests can use the service to send instant messages to request room service, book spa treatments, request housekeeping, make dinner reservations and other tasks.

Available to use 24 hours a day through WhatsApp, the new technology allows guests to control and customise their stay on the go.
