Brand-new streaming service Quibi launches in UAE

Been watching a few more videos, TV shows and movies on your phone recently? Well, this new streaming service is taking full advantage of your smartphones screen — portrait or landscape.

All-new app Quibi has now launched in the UAE, offering new shows will daily episodes in the form of quick bites, and it already has a line-up of intriguing shows.

Now available on the on the App Store and Google Play, the service aims to offer movie-quality shows designed for smartphones, meaning they are framed to fit the screen. Getting comfy holding the phone got easier.

Quibi has launched with an array of quick-bite comedies, documentaries and more, including Chrissy’s Court starring Chrissy Teigen, Flipped with Will Forte and Always Sunny in Philadelphia’s Kaitlin Olsen, and even a new series of Punk’d with Chance the Rapper.

Other shows with big actors include thriller Most Dangerous Game with Liam Hemsworth and Christoph Waltz, along with Survive, starring Game of Throne’s Sophie Turner.
