A gourmet six-course menu is on offer at this award-winning steakhouse, as well as live entertainment by the resident band. It’ll certainly be glam.

99 Sushi bar & restaurant
The classy Japanese restaurant (by way of Spain) has a super NYE party planned, with a ten-course menu accompanied by free-flowing beverages.

Al Waha
Parisian jazz band Swing Deluxe is entertaining guests at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara as they indulge in an international buffet in Al Waha. After dinner, you can access the hotel courtyard where there will be a live band, more beverages and fireworks at midnight.

Asia de Cuba
The Chino-Latino spot is offering a lavish night out – with a three-course dinner and unlimited drinks. There’s a DJ set from legendary Buddha-Bar beat master DJ Pierre Ravan, too.

BiCE
The poolside Italian restaurant is offering a specially prepared five-course set menu with an accompanying glass of bubbly.

Bord Eau
Eight courses of French cuisine is being prepared by chef de cuisine Jimmy de Almeida. Dishes such as grilled scallops, braised beef cheek and truffled brie de meaux will be served while you enjoy the live entertainment.

Café Milano

A specially crafted four-course set menu of Italian dishes is what’s on offer at sophisticated Washington-born bistro Café Milano. There’s also a special bubbly trolley that’ll be wheeling its way around the restaurant as you enjoy the live music and beautiful water views.

Cipriani
Cipriani’s signature à la carte menu, with extra seasonal truffle, will be served, as you enjoy a magical evening complete with live entertainment from the band Marylin Trio. The outdoor terrace offers a great vantage point for the fireworks over the marina, too. Beverage packages are available.

Circo
Five courses of Italian food is what’s on the menu at this fun, circus-themed restaurant. Diners are invited to a bubbly reception in the hotel’s Piano Lounge from 7pm to 8pm.

Emirates Palace
Head out to the Palace Terrace to enjoy a New Year’s Eve gala dinner under the stars. On arrival, guests get a welcome drink before they dive into a buffet fit for royalty. The Talent, a lively party band from the UK, will be there to entertain, before Abu Dhabi’s grandest hotel hosts its own fireworks display on the beach. The night will end with a DJ party and buffet.

Giornotte
A black and white themed celebration is taking place at Giornotte. The buffet features everything from tapas to ceviche, Asian and Arabian delicacies, plus a fresh oyster and seafood bar. There will also be plenty of live entertainment and dancing before the midnight bubbly and firework display.

A special New Year’s Eve menu includes opulent, inventive dishes such as crispy taro and pumpkin cake with chicken floss and dry chilli. If you’re looking for a super intimate atmosphere book one of the four private dining rooms and enjoy an undisturbed evening.

Liwa Ballroom
You’ll be seated on a table of ten in the specially decorated ballroom as a large buffet dinner is served and live music performances take place. After dinner, you can access the hotel courtyard where there will be a live band, more beverages and fireworks at midnight.

Relax on the beach and tuck into a gourmet buffet spread and bottomless bar while live music entertains. The party goes on for six and a half hours, if you have the stamina that is.

Ray’s Grill
Head to the 63rd floor of Jumeirah at Etihad Towers for a five-course set menu, glass of premium bubbly and free access to the hotel’s NYE party at the pool bar. A great way to see in 2018.

Rosewood Abu Dhabi
This super-exclusive event is limited to just 100 guests. It’ll be rolled out at a secret waterfront area, offering front row seats to the Al Maryah Island fireworks show. The night starts with a welcome drink, followed by a three-course menu, desserts, cheese and grape. There will also be live music.

Sofra BLD
The Cirque du Soleil-inspired evening includes a special band performance, acrobatics and a hula-hoop show, plus an international buffet.

Suhail
Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara’s steakhouse and rooftop lounge is serving up a six-course gala dinner with paired beverages, alongside smooth, live jazz performances throughout the night. After dinner, you can access the hotel courtyard where there will be a live band, more beverages and fireworks at midnight.

The Forge
Savour a five-course feast, including pan-fried foie gras with gingerbread brioche toast and steamed turbot with fennel and leek with a mussel and clam velouté. Once you’ve rounded the meal off with the maple cake dessert, head to Giornotte for live music, dancing, midnight bubbly and fireworks.

The Regal Ballroom
The theme for the evening at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort’s gala dinner is “the moon and the stars”. Plenty of gourmet food will be on offer, as well as live entertainment from the band. It’s a great vantage point from which to watch the midnight fireworks and you can extend your evening until 2.30am at the DJ after-party, too.
