A host of new events and exhibitions are set to be launched at Warehouse 421 this month.
Among the new exhibitions is the latest instalment of Lest We Forget: The Universality of Family Photographs, a photographic display that will showcase family photographs taken in the UAE and in Spain.
The photographic exhibition opens on June 12 and will remain on display until July 18.
On June 15, the all-day workshop Drawing from Photographs: Graphite, Charcoal with Glazes will be held to encourage emerging artists to push the boundaries.
Open to participants age 16 and older, the hands-on learning opportunity will guide participants in creating drawings inspired by photographs during a six-hour session.
On June 29 young readers can take part in the final instalment of the Khayal series to hear from author Christina Gonzales who will read from her book Toby and the Falcon.

Warehouse 421 will also be hosting a two-day creative weekend that features a range of workshops and panel discussions on topics including Arabic calligraphy and the potential for art to communicate cultural narratives.
