History is fascinating, and we always love learning more about the story of the UAE.

If you want to get a glimpse into what life was like in Abu Dhabi in the past, then this new exhibition is the place to be.

Throughout Ramadan, The Galleria is displaying a selection of images of His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan taken during key moments in the development of the UAE.

Visitors can see images, provided by the National Archives, spanning from 1965 to 1990, to help them understand the Founding Father’s lasting legacy and the idea behind the Year of Tolerance.

Not sure when to visit? Well check out the opening times for all malls in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

Or, while you’re on Al Maryah Island, check out these free fitness sessions which are taking place every Wednesday throughout the month of May.
