Let's get this straight - brunch doesn't only take place on Fridays in Abu Dhabi.

No, you can choose from loads of evening brunches and some of Saturday.

Here are the listings for the city's Saturday feasts.

CHEAP & CHEERFUL (Dhs100-199)

Abu Dhabi Golf Club
Pool and barbecue party Lazy Grillin’ includes inflatables, a bouncy castle and giant water slide for kids, plus dishes like steaks, lamb skewers, peri-peri chicken and Thai prawns.

Dino’s Bistro Italiano
The family-style brunch features unlimited starters, crispy pizzas, freshly-made pasta and other traditional Italian main courses. Make sure you save room for the desserts.

Take in the views of the peaceful mangroves and sample fresh seafood and paella with a Lebanese twist.

Maison Beirut
Mezze and live stations, including a barbecue, at this pretty Lebanese venue. There’s entertainment, too.

Marco’s New York Italian
The award-winning restaurant is now serving brunch every Saturday, offering a three-course set menu. There’s a live band playing while you eat. There are two hours of free kids’ club access plus you can get half price pool and beach access.

A family-friendly buffet brunch packed with Arabic food from across the region, live entertainment and panoramic views of Saadiyat beach.

The Big Beach Brunch includes Italian nibbles, fresh seafood, great tunes and pool access.

The Seafood BBQ offers unlimited grilled seafood and drinks, as well as chicken and beef fresh from the grill. Food packages cost Dhs249 and you can add on unlimited drinks for Dhs99.

Cafe Milano
Take a culinary tour through a different Italian region each week. All served to the table by charming staff.

Dai Pai Dong
The Yum Cha brunch serves dumplings, roast meats and desserts.

Li Jiang
End your weekend with a late brunch and a superb selection of pan-Asian dishes, including sushi, noodles, stir-fries and Korean barbecue dishes. It’s family-friendly, too, so take along your little ones.

OAK Room
It’s no surprise that British celebrity chef Tom Aikens knows how to do a good roast. The Saturday Feast features carved meats, Yorkshire Puddings and sticky toffee pudding.

Tuck into a set-menu of sharing dishes from around South-East Asia at this stunning, relaxed venue.

The vibrant Italian restaurant has a huge selection of food on offer during brunch, with antipasti, pizza, pasta, roasted meats, side dishes, main courses of classics such as risotto, osso bucco and short rib, and desserts all available during the Saturday feast.
