A brunch like no other is launching at W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island.
B.I.G. - Brunch in Garage, features five culinary hubs and eleven beverage taps coming together to create one B.I.G. Friday experience.
Every Friday, the venue will serve a mezze spread, Asian flavours and meats to go along with the unique drinks on offer from the Tap Wall. The brunch dares you to go B.I.G. or go home, as booming beats join the banging bites on offer. Choose from the open kitchens and interact with chefs at each one before taking a seat in the super-cool restaurant or on the stunning outdoor terrace.
Food comes from Steam Table, Nikkei House, Mezza Bar, Meat Vault and Tart Van, with each one offering something unique.
Head to Steam Table for the best in Asian street food – think dim sum, stir fries and noodles – before moving on to Nikkei House, which celebrates the Japanese-Peruvian fusion food. Choose from vibrant dishes such as tuna tiraditos, classic ceviches, and sea bass with coriander, lime juice, Peruvian corn and sweet potato.
As if that wasn’t enough, there’s also Mezza Bar, which taps into the traditional tastes and culture of the Middle East and serves dishes from an open brick kitchen with loads of flavour and enticing aromas, and Meat Vault where you’ll find the best of carvery and traditional meat cooking techniques from the USA and beyond. Expect dishes such as a chunky lump crab cake, shrimp cocktail and roasted sweet potato with chicken skin and chimichurri, too.
Dessert comes from Tart Van, which is a playground for those with a sweet tooth. You’ll find a variety of buttery tarts, melting sweet treats, candies and more here.
Drinks are served from Tap Wall, which has 11 beverages available straight from the tap – you won’t have had a mixed drink quite like this before.
