Plush Saadiyat Island eatery revamps its brilliant brunch

If you’re one of those people who struggle to decide on just one cuisine when you’re choosing a brunch, you’re in luck.

One of the capital’s plushest all-day dining outlets is revamping its brunch offering – and there truly is something for everyone.

Oléa, at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, has spruced up its popular Epicurean Brunch and it already sounds like a winner to us.

We can’t decide what sounds more delicious - the Mediterranean corner, tandoori oven, seafood bar, live stations, carving station, or the decadent desserts corner.

And it’s not just the awesome selection of food which makes this place a good shout for your weekend blowout.

The gorgeous venue offers guests enjoy amazing views of the pristine white beach and the turquoise blue ocean within a stone’s throw of the hotel.

With indoor and alfresco options, you can enjoy the views however you want to.

The fun doesn’t have to end when the food stops at 4pm, though.

Guests can move to the nearby Buddha-Bar Beach, where the party continues from 5pm.

Resident DJ Bambina & Milan and an in-house saxophonist will take care of the music until it’s time for Walter Scalzone to take the reins.

Sounds like they’ve got your whole day covered.

Dhs380 (soft drinks), Dhs495 (house beverages), Dhs695 (bubbly). Fri 1pm-4pm. Oléa, The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi (02 498 8888).
