Stars 'N' Bars Abu Dhabi revamps brunch menu

New twist on the Yas Marina spot's Friday foodie feast

Abu Dhabi favourite Stars 'N' Bars has launched an awesome new brunch menu just in time for summer.

The new foodie feast at the American pub, in Yas Marina, is sure to be a hit with a menu packed full of mouth-watering meals.

It’s easy to navigate as you get unlimited appetisers, which includes the likes of onion rings and Boardwalk Pizza, and then choose one first course and one main course.

Treats that particularly catches our eye include the 12-hour slow cooked BBQ brisket served with mashed potato and the Black Castle burger, served in a charcoal bun.

And there are plenty of other brilliant bites to tuck into.

Like the Baja style tacos, for instance, which come with breaded cod and cheese pico de gallo.

Or the crusted salmon tataki, served with cucumber, salad leaves and red chilli dressing.

When you’re done with all that delicious food, there’s a platter of home-made desserts waiting for you.

We were big fans of the venue’s previous brunch, as you can see from our latest review here.

But we are super excited to get stuck in with the new menu, designed by new head chef Andrew Paderes, as soon as we can.

Dhs250 (soft drinks), Dhs300 (house beverages), Dhs350 (bubbly). Fri 12pm-4pm. Stars N Bars, Yas Marina, Yas Island (02 565 0101).
