Three free sessions to introduce new classes at Le Méridien

The best things in life are free. They also say yoga is good for your mind and body. Which is why the generous guys at Le Méridien are offering the city’s residents three free yoga classes this month.

The downtown hotel has roped in the professional expertise of yoga instructor Mahimai Devi to help you keep calm and carry on.

Devi has been practicing yoga for over a decade and specialises in pranic healing and food and nutrition.

Those interested, or just curious can check out one (or all) of the free classes on September 25, 27 or 30 before they learn to bend it like a yogi.

There will be three sessions a week, with each one concentrating on a different area. Mindfulness Mondays will be all about deep breathing, while Sculpt Wednesdays will focus on flexibility and muscle toning. Energy Flow Saturdays, the last session of the week, will teach students about developing overall physical and mental health. You can sign up for one, six, twelve or 36 sessions.

Dhs60 (1 session), Dhs300 (six sessions), Dhs600 (12 sessions), Dhs1100 (36 sessions). Every Mon and Wed, 7pm-8pm, every Sat 10am-11pm. Le Meridien Abu Dhabi (02 697 4354).
