The Peak Performance Summit teaches women resilience, self-belief and mindfulness. Jules Lewis sets out the stepping stones for Kate Dobinson.

We have high hopes for anyone who goes by the moniker ‘peaceful mountain warrior of the light’ and for someone who counts such things as full moons, hiking, climbing mountains and wild places as a source of inspiration.

Jules Lewis, a personal leadership specialist, is on a mission to unlock the highest personal and professional potential in the women of Abu Dhabi by using her ‘simple ancient wisdom for complex modern times’.

The Women’s Peak Performance Summit at Eastern Mangroves Hotel and Spa, led by Jules and Anna Heystek on May 23, consists of seven interactive masterclasses led by experienced presenters and coaches, and ending with a Dress for Success fashion show.

‘It’s going to be a high-energy, interactive summit – with strong sound and vision – there will be drumming between peaks, and music to match the speakers presentation topics,’ says Jules.

The theme of the day long summit is ‘inspire, discover and achieve’, and explores all areas of women’s life in their quest to succeed, touching on seven key areas of life, including physical, mental, career, environment, finance, spiritual and social.

‘It is the first event of its kind in the UAE and is aimed at women who believe in the power of investing in their personal growth and development,’ says Jules.

Delegates can network with a diverse group of women and walk away with solid action plans to reach their highest potential in addition to having access to the top tools, tips and strategies for success in all areas of their life.

‘To thrive in today’s world it is more important than ever for women to keep up to date with the knowledge and trends that play a key role in their overall success,’ continues Jules.

‘We also believe in the power of building a supportive network on the path to excellence, so we have created ample time for participants to connect with a diverse group of women and representatives of our key business and corporate partners.’
