It’s hot in Abu Dhabi right now, really hot. But that doesn’t stop us wanting to hit the beach.

Hotel beaches and some public beaches are now back open, so it’s a great time to top up your tan and enjoy a dip in the ocean.

Reopening to the public on July 9, Al Maya Island is ready to invite guests to enjoy the beach club.

Book online and you can take the short boat trip to the island to relax in the sun.

Day passes for the island start from Dhs199 and include Dhs150 credit to spend at the venue.

A family pass has also been launched for Dhs495 that gives two adults and three children access to the facilities and Dhs350 vouchers to spend on food and drink.

Plus, a daily happy hour promotion has been launched that includes six bottles of hops for Dhs99.

For more information and to book visit www.eventbrite.com/e/al-maya-island-day-pass-reservation-tickets-112308238966.

We’re not sure if we can take the heat but we’re experts at bobbing about in the ocean.  See you there.
