Marina Mall Abu Dhabi is really getting into the Christmas spirit – after giving seasonal shoppers the chance to win up to Dhs 1 million in cash prizes or get behind the wheel of a brand new car.
The massive retail hub is being transformed into a winter wonderland during the festive season and visitors will also be able to enter the Winter Festival Cash Giveaway raffle draw taking place throughout January.
Shoppers are now eligible for entry in the lucrative raffle for every Dhs1,500 they spend at any retail outlet or dining outlet they use at the mall.
A series of Dhs50,000 prizes will be on offer while one very lucky shopper will walk away with an incredible Dhs500,000 sum – a life-changing start to 2018.
In addition to the cash giveaways, for every Dhs300 spent at any retail store or dining outlet at the mall, shoppers will also have the chance to enter a raffle draw to win brand-new Chevrolet Tahoe, Impala and Camaro models, drawn on January 1, 19 and 26 respectively.
Mall bosses will be in a merry mood throughout the holiday season, with a spectacular Northern Lights show taking place between 7pm and 9pm during the week and 7pm to 10pm at weekends.
Until December 24, visitors will also be able to head down to Santa’s grotto in the mall to share their Christmas wishes with the man himself from 4pm until 8pm.
There will also be a special drop box in the mall near Customer Service where children can drop off personal written letters to Santa with their Christmas wishes.
Chelsea Copenhaver, Marketing Manager, Marina Mall Abu Dhabi said: “This is a great time of year to be part of Marina Mall as the atmosphere is really special and the kids get so excited. Our festive celebrations are always a fabulous drawcard for our visitors and our plans this year are on a whole new level, offering up amazing cash prizes and an entire North Pole wonderland for families to enjoy.
“We’ve got plenty to keep the kids entertained while parents can choose to kick-back and relax or get all their festive shopping done under one roof; so we are expecting to be bustling with shoppers and children alike, all absorbing the magic of the season.”
