The Jannah Burj Al Sarab is giving five star support to World Literacy Day – by opening its doors to kids for a fun-packed day of free activities.
Literature will be brought to life at the glitzy hotel this Friday – to mark the global celebration of the written word – for an interactive reading session from 11am until 3pm.
Favourite book characters will leap from the page to take centre stage for a brilliant blend of education and entertainment.
The Mina Street hotel’s restaurant, The Dining Room, will also be getting in on the fun by serving up a special kids menu with prices at Dhs39 for classic bites such as mini pizzas, fish fingers, chicken nuggets and penne pasta.
Parents aren’t being left out either as afternoon refreshments will be on offer at Malaga, the hotel’s rooftop lounge.
Mohamed Hani Fakih, Chief Operating Officer of Jannah Hotels & Resorts, said: “We at Jannah Hotels & Resorts recognize the empowerment that literature brings to children. Extensive learning materials such as books allow children to learn using their imagination and develop a deeper understanding. This stands as one of the greatest learning opportunities we as adults can offer them.”
