Abu Dhabi Golf Club
National Course: Dhs390 Fri-Sat (members’ guests Dhs325), Dhs300 Sun-Thu (members’ guests Dhs240). Abu Dhabi Golf Club is the only grass green in the capital
Abu Dhabi Ice Rink
Three-monthly, six-monthly and yearly membership available. An Olympic-size rink with French café, arcade entertainment, music shop and children’s area. Lessons are available. Players meet for practices on weekday evenings
Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club
Compulsory annual membership Dhs600. Private lesson from Dhs180 per hour. Group lesson (about 10 people) Dhs50 non-Emiratis, Dhs35 for Emiratis. Lessons take place between late October and mid-June

Al Ghazal Golf Club
Dhs95 for 18 holes (members’ guests Dhs75), Dhs60 for nine holes (members’ guests Dhs50). Annual membership starts from Dhs1,710. The capital’s only 18-hole full-sand 6,724-yard par 71 course with top-of-the-range teaching technology. The academy has two teaching professionals, a 30-bay floodlit driving range and indoor video facilities along with putting and chipping areas
