First, there’s the food, and head chef Yongyos Chimthep has planned a four-course menu comprising green papaya salad, seafood soup, grilled seabass in red curry and taro in coconut cream. Then, in keeping with the spirit of the water festival, the restaurant will also host a pool party starring traditional music and dancers, Thai street food, a raffle draw and a special performance by Muay Thai boxers. Sounds like an evening you don’t want to miss.
