Learn the secrets of authentic Thai cooking from chef Pharita at Sofitel restaurant Silk & Spice. A Northern Thai native, Pharita learnt her craft in her mother’s kitchen and will expertly guide you through the two-course cooking class, where you’ll learn basic Asian culinary skills.
