You need to try Nails Magic at Al Raha Mall (exactly next to Al Raha beach). The staff is amazing and the prices are really good. I've been to most of the spas in Abu Dhabi, but this one is the cleanest and the staff is using excellent products. It’s little bit far away from Abu Dhabi down town, however you can do reservation before you go.
I was so impressed from the first visit, it is highly recommended.

I have been to this salon for a pedi & mani 5 times now for lack of a better place to go. On two different occasions the polish was coming off my pedicure two days later. On the last visit, I received an Everlasting Manicure for which I was charged 120Dhs. I was told it would last two weeks. It is two weeks today and I have been replacing the polish for over a week already. I am very disappointed with both my pedicure & everylasting manicure. There must be other places that can give good manicure & pedicures for a reasonable price without having to travel to Dubai.
